Garrett training concepts (GTC) is owned and operated by nationally recognized trainer, David Garrett. GTC originally opened in 1987. Through a longstanding history of integrity and success, David has developed a reputation as one of the finest trainers and instructors in the industry. GTC offers expertise in training and showing in a variety of disciplines geared to both the amateur and junior rider and their horses their horses. The ability to recognize each horse’s particular ability has played a role in GTC’s success. David has always been very open minded about helping a horse to find the right job to do.
By maintaining a limited number of horses in training, GTC's facility is able to devote special attention to each and every horse in it's care. “Every horse and rider is treated to one-on-one lessons, which allows us to focus our attention on each individual's specific requirements.” The amateur and junior riders at GTC are assisted in an atmosphere that emphasizes hard work, discipline, and the art of good horsemanship, as well as a love of the Arabian Horse.
Over the past 26 years, Garrett Training Concepts has garnered numerous National Championship and Reserve Championship titles as well as Regional and Class A wins in both halter and performance divisions. “The highlight of GTC’s career has been sharing the successes of our students. We feel the greatest accomplishment when we watch them experience winning in the show ring."
